Join us for a morning seminar on the intersection of transportation behavior modeling and urban mobile computing. Advances in mobile computing and connected urban infrastructure have generated new frontiers for transportation researchers seeking to measure and evaluate dynamic urban behavior and complex systems. The aim of this seminar is to spur deep conversations around advanced applications of mobile transportation data and detailed registry data between computational social scientists, transportation researchers, economists, sociologists, geographers, and planners. Bringing together leading experts, aspiring researchers and local stakeholders, the seminar seeks to promote scholarly discourse and networking in a close environment.
